While studying at the American University of Sharjah, Al Shaibani established Alphabeta Properties in 2016, and inaugurated C6, its first real estate development, in 2017. In October 2024, Q-East was completed, which is a mixed-use complex comprising residential, commercial, and retail spaces, including a podcast recording studio, in Al Quoz. The company unveiled M77 as a rental auction property in January 2024, where all units were fully booked within two weeks. Al Shaibani also founded Axeed, a holding company, and Fanak Auto in 2017.
