Al Tayer founded Alta Real Estate Development in 2020. In January 2025, Alta launched the second Mr. C property in Dubai, Mr. C Residences Downtown in Dubai, in partnership with Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani. In March 2025, it also partnered with Maison Margiela to introduce the brand’s first residences in Dubai, featuring 24 bespoke units.
