Singh founded the Karma Group in 2013 which includes two companies Karma Realty Developers & Karma Real Estate Development. The group has over 25 projects across the U.A.E., the U.K., Cyprus, and Romania, and strategic property investments in Australia. It has a land bank of five million square feet, with 2.5 million square feet under construction. The group’s projects in the U.A.E. include Beach House in Palm Jumeirah, Centurion Star in Deira, and Centurion Residence in Dubai Investment Park.
