Nasser assumed his current position in 2024. City Edge Developments was established in 2017 as a partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority and the Housing & Development Bank. The company develops residential projects, commercial malls, hotels, restaurants, and administrative offices. It has projects in different destinations across Egypt, having launched 17 since inception. In 2024, the company recorded $968 million in total gross sales and launched six new projects. Nasser was the CEO and Managing Director of Heliopolis for Housing and Development before joining the company.
