Al Ammadi assumed his current position in 2019, having joined Diyar Al Muharraq as head of investments and asset management in 2016. Its residential communities include Deerat Al Oyoun, Al Noor & Al Sherooq, and Al Naseem. Its community centers include the Al Naseem Social Hub and the South Deerat Al Oyoun Community Center. In December 2024, it announced that construction had begun on its North Islands, which is expected to be completed by Q3 2025. Al Ammadi was previously the head of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia at Al Rajhi Capital.
