Liu is the CEO and founder of LEOS Developments, a development company with a presence in the U.K., U.A.E., and beyond. In October 2024, LEOS Developments announced a $7 billion investment fund to launch over 10 new projects in the region by 2025. In 2024, the company launched two townhouse and villa projects in Dubai, as well as introduced Kensington Gardens, with its first phase valued at $299.5 million, and Knightsbridge, among others. It also introduced Weybridge Gardens 4, a 15-story residential development in Dubailand this year with a gross value of $129.3 million.
