Al Gebely founded ONE Development in 2024. In November 2024, the company’s flagship project, Laguna Residence, sold out the first phase of the AI-integrated residential community less than a month after its launch. In December 2024, the company announced a strategic two-year collaboration with Amr Diab as its official brand ambassador. In 2025, ONE Development partnered with Diab to launch the ONE/AD Development and Do boutique hotels, which integrate AI, music, and wellness. Al Gebely is also the managing director of EHC Investment, the vice-chairman of the Al Fanar Gas Group, and the chairman of Al Gebely Holding.
