The DORRA Group was originally founded in 1943 as a construction company. It founded DORRA Developments in 1994. Some of its commercial projects include Capital Business Park and The Courtyard. Its residential projects include Village West Villas, Address East, and The Address. In September 2024, DORRA Developments announced a strategic partnership with the JAZ Hotel Group to establish a new luxury hotel within the DORRA Development 'Ranches' project. As of March 2025, the DORRA Group had completed over 500 projects, with a workforce of over 60,000 and a network of seven international branches.
