Morshedy founded the Morshedy Group in 1983. The group has built 22 mega projects, over 40,000 residential units, four complexes, 25 malls, 14 mosques, 28 schools, seven medical clinics, and one hospital. In 2024, the group hired the CRC-Dorra Group for a major construction project in the Zahra New Alamein development. It also partnered with Vodafone Egypt on eight projects to enhance the digital infrastructure of the Morshedy Group’s developments.
