Aljanahi assumed his current role in 2022. AWR Properties, a real estate entity of the AW Rostamani Group, manages 4.4 million square feet of residential and commercial space. It delivered over 3,400 residential and commercial units as of March 2025. In April 2024, AWR Properties launched Dar Al Hai, which includes 71 residential units and seven retail spaces. In May 2024, it broke ground on the construction of the 350,000-square-foot semi-automated parts distribution center for the group’s automotive division at Dubai Industrial City. Aljanahi was previously CEO of the Emirates Towers Business Park and CCO of the TECOM Group.
