Saad assumed his current position in 2022. Al Zorah Development Company is a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. In 2024, the company recorded a 38% increase in transactions year-on-year. As of March 2025, it delivered 190 villas, 400 units, and 98 hotel keys, with 600 villas, additional units, and 174 hotel keys in the pipeline. In January 2025, it announced the completion and handover of the Seaside Hills Villas, two months ahead of schedule. Saad was previously a commercial director at Marjan.
