Al-Qahtani has been leading RIKAZ since its establishment in 1997. RIKAZ has residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia, including Downtown Rikaz, Basateen Al Doha, Eshbiliyah, Holiday Inn King Fahd Road, Al-Mosa Industrial, and Al-Qanadeel in Makkah. RIKAZ markets many of its projects through large-scale auctions, including the Dhahran Hills auction in 2024. Al-Qahtani is also the chairman of the HAKA Group and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking.
