Zaal cofounded Zaya in 2008. Zaya’s project portfolio includes ZUHA, Nurai Island, and Al Barari. Zaal established the Zaya Early Learning Center, catering to alternative education for children aged three to six. In 2024, construction was completed on its alternative school in Dubai, which similarly integrates play-based learning. She is also a board member at FIVE Holdings.
