Inzerillo was appointed the founding CEO of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority in 2018. The Diriyah Company was established in 2022 to develop the $63.2 billion Diriyah giga-project. In March 2025, the company signed a financing agreement with BSF worth $1.6 billion to support the development of Wadi Safar, which aims to attract more than 50 million visits by 2030. Inzerillo previously held executive roles at Kerzner International, and IMG Artists. He also serves as vice chairman of Forbes Travel Guide.
