Allam founded HAP in 2000. Its portfolio in Egypt covers a land bank of 9.3 million square meters. In 2024, HAP expanded in Mostakbal City by launching the 1.2 million square meter Park Central mixed-use development. It also introduced its KEYS EDITION, a serviced apartments brand, with an initial launch of a 52-unit boutique. HAP also expanded its landbank in Gouna with its 2nd project ‘’ENCORE – SwanLake El Gouna’’. Allam is also a board member at Hassan Allam Holding, Act Financial and Dawi Holding.
