Kattan was one of the first five founding members of the ROSHN Group in 2018 and assumed his current role in 2022. In November 2024, the group was rebranded to include asset classes beyond its core residential offering. In February 2025, it secured a $533.3 million shariah-compliant credit facility from SNB to finance the creation of ROSHN Front, which marked the group’s expansion into commercial and retail. In the same month, 727 residential units launched in ALMANAR in Makkah and 403 additional homes in SEDRA in North Riyadh. Kattan previously worked at RKD Architects in Dublin, Saudi Aramco, and Emaar Properties.
