Talal Al Dhiyebi assumed his current role in 2021. Aldar Properties has two core business segments: Aldar Development with a 62 million square meter land bank, and Aldar Investment with assets under management of more than $11.4 billion as of December 2024. In 2024, the group had $23.3 billion in total assets and generated $6.3 billion in revenues. In September 2024, Aldar Properties and Mubadala extended their strategic partnership with four new joint ventures to own and manage assets across Abu Dhabi valued at over $8.2 billion. Talal Al Dhiyebi is also the chairman of Aldar Estates, Egypt’s SODIC, and London Square, and the vice chairman of Aldar Education.
