Alrumayan joined the ROSHN Group in 2021. In November 2024, she led the group’s rebranding, positioning it as a multi-asset developer to broaden its portfolio beyond real estate into sectors such as sports, hospitality, healthcare, and education. She has led strategic partnerships and sponsorships, including global events like the Future Investment Initiative, the World Economic Forum, Formula 1, LIV Golf, and the ROSHN Saudi League. She is also a development committee member at ROSHN Group.
