Fattal has been chairwoman of the Fattal Group since 2022 and is the first female board chair for the Beirut-based group. The group was founded by her great-grandfather as a trading company in 1897. Today, it distributes multinational brands and operates across FMCG, healthcare, beauty and luxury, home appliances, office equipment, and electronics across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Fattal first joined as assistant general manager of the F&B division in 2001, and four years later led the group as its COO. She is also an angel investor and founder of Stand for Women, an NGO that advocates for women's empowerment and gender equality in MENA.
