Jagtiani joined the Landmark Group in 1993. In 2017, she became chairwoman and CEO but stepped down from the latter role in 2022. The group, founded in Bahrain by her late billionaire husband, Micky Jagtiani in 1973, operates brands across retail, hospitality, fitness, logistics, and leisure. As of December 2024, it had a presence across 17 countries in the Middle East, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. In November 2024, the group announced plans to invest $1 billion over three years to open 400 new stores in the GCC, India, and Southeast Asia. Forbes estimated Jagtiani’s net worth at $5.6 billion as of January 2025.
