Gukasyan assumed her current role in June 2023, having joined Kraft Heinz in 2016. In 2024, Kraft Heinz completed the expansion of its factory in Egypt to 30,000 square meters, adding seven new production lines with an investment of $50 million. The company aimed to double the factory's production capacity to 53,000 tons per year, aiming to increase its export rate from 12% to 20%. Gukasyan has previously worked with Nestlé, AB InBev, and Danon in Russia. She is also an independent board member of NovaBev Group.
