Hoteit joined BCG in 2014 and assumed her role as a Senior Partner and Global lead of Education, Employment, and Welfare in 2019. She is also a member of the leadership team for BCG’s global government and social impact practices. In 2024, Hoteit successfully oversaw the completion of over 350 projects, with over a third of them being in Europe, the Middle East, and South America. She also holds several roles at BCG including chair of senior partner evaluation and development committee, and chairwoman of the Officer Development Committee, overseeing the strategic development and evaluation of BCG Senior Partners across Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
