Al-Attiyah joined QNB Capital as its CEO in 2014. QNB Capital was established in 2008 as the investment banking arm of QNB Group. It offers capital market, mergers and acquisitions, real estate advisory, and project financing advisory services. As of December 2023, QNB Capital has acted as a joint lead manager on various local, regional, and international sovereign and corporate bond and sukuk offerings totaling over $50 billion. Before QNB Capital, Al-Attiyah was assistant undersecretary for trade affairs for Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry and has held various senior positions within the Ministry and at the Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology.
