Pakcan has been with Citi since 1997 and assumed her current role in 2021. She was previously based in London and New York, where her roles with the group included global head of trade business, global head of payments business and head of the treasury and trade solutions business for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is also a board member of Citigroup Saudi Arabia.
