Hallani is a chef and the founder of L’Étoile Privée, a startup for curating private dining events in Lebanon. She is the daughter of Lebanese singer Assi El Hallani. Hallani earned her cuisine diploma and culinary management diploma from the Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Before founding her catering business, she worked as an assistant pastry chef at the Alan Geaam in Paris. She participated in the launch of ROJA’s ‘LOST IN PARIS’ fragrance in September 2024.
