Nasrallah joined DASH as COO in 2004 and assumed his current role as CEO in December 2013. In 2006, DASH was in Kuwait to collaborate with Accreditation Canada International. This partnership is ongoing. In 2023, DASH signed an MoU with the Quironsalud Barcelona Hospital and Bumrungrad International Hospital. In 2024, the hospital signed an MoU with Acibadem Healthcare Group.
