Tazi joined Sothema in 1997 and assumed her current role in 2019. In 2023, the company launched more than 20 new products, including medicines and medical devices. It also signed an agreement with the King Mohamed VI Foundation for Sciences and Health to foster innovation and R&D in the health and pharma sectors. It generated $254 million in revenues in 2023. Tazi is also a board member of the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration and the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises.
