Bin Omairah joined Al Othaim Investment in 2021. The company’s portfolio of projects includes Al Othaim Park, Konoz, Al Othaim City Center, and Al Othaim Hills. In April 2024, the company announced its new Othaim Cruise project, which includes a commercial mall, a five-star international hotel, 42 residential towers, over 2,000 apartments, 240 villas including 85 palaces, and entertainment spaces. As of 2023, the company had completed 12 mixed-use malls worth $1.6 billion and was developing 21 new projects across Saudi Arabia.
