Alba is one of the world’s largest aluminum smelters, producing more than 1.62 million metric tons in 2023. In January 2024, Alba inked a 10-year gas supply deal with Bapco Energies with a fixed price structure for the first five-year period at $4 per million British thermal units (MMBTU).
