Abu Ghazaleh has been at the helm of IWG since 2003 and oversees 2,000 people. The group is the parent company of Arab Wings, Gulf Wings, the Royal Jordanian Air Academy, and the Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College. As of March 2024, it had a fleet of 26 aircraft. Abu Ghazaleh has been the chairman of United Cable Industries Company since 2013, a Jordanian publicly traded company. He is also the founder and executive vice chairman for Abdali Hospital in Amman and serves on boards for Fresh Del Monte, the Queen Rania Foundation, Endeavor Jordan, Jordan’s Investment Council, and on the board of trustees for The American Center of Research, and the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan.
