Gam assumed her current role in 2018. Before joining Cytopharma, she had been head of operational excellence at GSK since 2016. She has been on the board of Julphar as a non-executive board member since August 2021. Gam is also the President of the Tunisia Health Alliance, which is the first Tunisian healthcare cluster.
