Sadik assumed the role of CEO of Arab Bank in February 2022. She has more than 37 years of industry experience. In the first nine months of 2023, Arab Bank reported net profits of $630.3 million, a 55% increase compared to the same period in 2022. Sadik holds several positions within the Arab Bank Group, including chairman of the Arab Tunisian Bank, vice chairman of Arab Bank Australia, board member of Oman Arab Bank, and chairman of the Management Committee of the Al-Arabi Investment Group.
