The company’s portfolio of projects includes Al Othaim Park, Konoz, Al Othaim City Center, and Al Othaim Hills. In February 2024, the company announced a partnership with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, with an estimated value of $6.7 billion, to develop and expand its investments in Saudi Arabia and launch integrated tourist destinations.
