Al Habib was appointed to his current role in 2021, having joined the Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Company in 2014. Established in 1972, the family-owned company focuses on real estate investments, developments, and construction management. In March 2023, the company signed multiple agreements, including a conditional land plot sales agreement with ROSHN to develop 1,500 units within the SEDRA district in Saudi Arabia and an MoU with the Al-Kifah Precast Company for the supply of green concrete technology. Its portfolio includes Al Andalus Mall, Kadi Mall, LaPalma Villas, and Asala Al Juwan.
