Soliman founded Mountain View in 2005, which evolved from developing small communities and mini-compounds to city-scale developments that integrate different life activities across Egypt. In 2022, it signed a partnership agreement with Omar Kassem Alesayi Investment Group in Saudi Arabia to develop real estate projects in the Kingdom. Recently, Mountain View launched its latest project, ALIVA, in Mostakbal City in Egypt. The company recorded $1.3 billion in sales in 2022.
