Infracorp manages a portfolio of infrastructure assets worth nearly $3 billion, including 23.2 million square meters in the Gulf, North Africa, and South Asia. In 2022, the company issued a $900 million green sukuk and sold Harbour Walk for $74 million. It also purchased more than 800 hectares of land in North Africa. The company has more than 595 finished units and 228 under construction. In March 2023, Infracorp signed a partnership agreement with the RIKAS Hospitality Group to open Twiggy Beach Club & Lagoon Villas in Bahrain. In the first nine months of 2023, it recorded $26.9 million in net profits and had total assets of $1.6 billion. Majed Abdulla Al Khan also sits on the board of several companies, including Gulf Holding Company, BALEXCO, and Falcon Cement.
