Mohamed Morshedy founded the Morshedy Group in 1983. The Morshedy Group has built over 1,195 buildings, four complexes, 25 malls, 17 nurseries, 14 mosques, 11 schools, seven medical clinics, and two hospitals, delivering over 3,500 units per year. The group has partnerships with design houses, including Mohamed Hadid Design and Development and Spanish design house VDP Design. Its key projects include Zahra, Skyline, and One Kattameya.
