In October 2022, the company announced a contract with Al-Muhaidib Group for a $67 million 100,000 square meter lifestyle project, Bayfront. In December 2022, Ajdan partnered with ROSHN Group to develop 279 luxury villas in ROSHN’s SEDRA.
