The company completed 5,000 units valued at over $2 billion and had 1,754 units under construction. Its portfolio of properties in the U.A.E. includes Bloom Heights, Bloom Towers, Park View, Soho Square, and Faya. It also owns the Rochester building in the U.S. In 2023, the company announced the launch of the third and fourth phases of Bloom Living, which are to be built over an area of 2.2 million square meters. In the same year, the company launched Bloom Arjaan by Rotana, which is due to open in Q4 2024. Wakim was previously the chief development officer at AMAALA.
