Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate is the real estate development and operations arm of the Al-Futtaim Group. It develops and operates corporate real estate and investment assets across MENA, including its flagship mixed-use urban communities: Dubai Festival City, Cairo Festival City, and Doha Festival City. Upon completion, Cairo Festival City will have over 10,000 residents, spanning over three million square meters. Dubai Festival City covers 5.2 million square meters and consists of three districts and a 30-kilometer internal road network. Doha Festival City, a $1.8 billion project, spans 433,000 square meters. Omar Al Futtaim is also the chairman of Emirates Investment Bank, the vice chairman of Orient Insurance, and a board member of Dubai Chambers.
