Ventricelli has been working at Philips for more than 26 years. He started his career in the region as marketing director for Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Middle Eastand Africa in 2008. He assumed the leadership of the Middle East and Türkiye in 2020, and his role was expanded to include Africa in 2021. In 2022, the Philips Foundation and Philips Lebanon contributed to SESOBEL, a Lebanese NGO, to improve access to oxygen concentrators and ventilators.
