Costa was appointed Regional President of Caesars Palace Dubai in October 2020. The hotel has 479 rooms and suites, with 500 meters of private beach access. In 2023, the hotel received a five-star rating from the Forbes Travel Guide. Costa was previously the regional vice president and managing director of the Burj al Arab at Jumeirah Group. He has also worked with Wynn Palace and Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, among others.
