Phillipose started his career IHCL in 1993 at Taj Coromandel Hotel in Chennai, India. The company opened the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai, in 2022, which is the fourth Taj Exotica in IHCL’s portfolio and the first in the Middle East, bringing IHCL’s keys in the region up to 821 keys. Phillipose has 30 years of experience. He has held multiple roles at IHCL and has overseen hotel openings and rebranding projects across Asia, the U.K., the U.S., and the Middle East.
