Munjoma and Morsy cofounded BaytTravel, a luxurious vacation home rental online marketplace in Qatar. Launched in 2022, it facilitates connections between locals, expats, and travelers. It processed transactions of $180,000 in 2023 and $250,000 between January and August 2024. It has also expanded its services, operating and listing accommodations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. BaytTravel has partnered with institutions, companies, and hotels in Qatar such as Qatar Tourism, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Qatar Financial Center, and the St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island.
