Al Jedea was appointed to her current role in March 2023. She was previously the managing director of SRMG Think, where she led the development of two new businesses: Think Research and Advisory and Raff Publishing. She also served as an international affairs advisor and the general supervisor of international cooperation at the Ministry of Tourism. She has held roles in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia and the UN headquarters in New York.
