Puerta joined Oracle from McKinsey in 2014 and has been in her current role since December 2022. She has over 10 years of industry experience. In 2024, Oracle launched the ‘sAIdaty’ initiative in collaboration with the Dubai Business Women Council to help upskill 500 female members of the council in the U.A.E. with AI skills.
