Bouazza established the Multiply Marketing Consultancy in 2003, which became Multiply Group in 2021. In the first nine months of 2024, the group recorded a 50.6% increase in revenues to $367.8 million, had $11 billion in assets, and had made three new acquisitions. In February 2024, the group fully acquired BackLite Media. In June 2024, the Omorfia Group, which is 51% owned by the Multiply Group, acquired 100% of The Grooming Company Holding. In July 2024, the group’s subsidiary, Emirates Driving Company, acquired a 51% stake in Excellence Premier Investment. Bouazza is also a board member of the TAQA Group, and the Emirates Driving Company.
