Al Saeed assumed her current role in 2008, having joined Bank al Etihad in 1992. In November 2024, the bank renewed its partnership with UNICEF to support youth-led climate action in Jordan. As of September 2024, the bank had $11.3 billion in assets. Al Saeed is also the chairperson of Endeavor Jordan and a member of the Sustainable Markets Initiative. She sits on the boards of Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation and the EDAMA Association for Energy, Water, and Environment. She is also an active angel investor and she is co-chair for the World Economic Forum’s Closing the Gender Gap Accelerator in Jordan.
