Khalaf joined Microsoft in 2006 and was appointed general manager of Qatar in 2018. She oversees over 200 people and has led national projects, transforming the health, education, employability, transport, and government sectors. Microsoft Qatar has facilitated the transition from digital to AI for over 90 entities, including Qatar Airways, QatarEnergy, Vodafone, and Ooredoo. Khalaf has over 20 years of experience. She is also a board member of the U.S.-Qatar Business Council. Before joining Microsoft, she held positions at Samsung and Active Mania.
