Kattan founded Huda Beauty with her two sisters in 2013 after starting a blog in 2010. In 2020, Kattan stepped down as CEO of the brand, and in 2021 she became co-CEO with her husband. In February 2024 she returned as CEO of Huda Beauty and rebranded the brand’s logo in July of the same year. In January 2025, she launched the brand’s new collection, Ube Ubsession. Kattan is also a board member at Humantra and chairwoman at HB Investments.
